At The Republic of Tea, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every sip. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Minister of Tea

  Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused tea or teaware in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely at our embassy.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once your return is inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange items within 7-10 business days.
